About Me

I grew up in a pretty ordinary childhood—nothing dramatic, nothing glamorous, just life unfolding the way it tends to. I went to college, met the man who would become my husband, and we built a life together faster than we expected. Two beautiful children arrived in quick succession, and suddenly I was a young mom with a full heart and a very full schedule.

For most of my early adult years, I worked as a massage therapist. I specialized in sports and therapeutic work, and I loved helping people feel better in their bodies. But the work was physically demanding, and eventually my own body—and my mental health—hit a breaking point. I stepped away, not because I wanted to, but because I had to.

The last three years were spent at home, healing, unraveling, rebuilding, and learning how to breathe again. It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t linear. But it was necessary.

Now, everything is shifting again. My children are grown and still at home for a little while longer, but they’ll be off on their own adventures soon. I’ve started a new career. I’m stepping into a new season. And for the first time in a long time, I’m choosing me.

I’ve decided to become her—the confident, grounded, intentional woman I’ve always known was inside me. Not perfect. Not polished. But powerful in her own quiet, steady way.

This space is where I share that journey: the second half of life, reimagined. Reinvention, wellness, identity, home, family, and the beautiful, complicated process of becoming.

If you’re navigating your own next chapter, you’re in the right place. Let’s walk it together.
