Forty‑three arrives not with fanfare, but with a quiet knowing. A sense that life is less about reinvention and more about returning — to truth, to alignment, to the self I’ve been growing toward for years.
I chose to begin today because birthdays are thresholds. They ask us to pause, breathe, and choose how we’ll cross into what’s next. And I want to cross this one awake.
This season feels like soft expansion. Like clearing space. Like learning to trust the timing of my own unfolding.
If you feel called to follow along, I welcome you. This space will be gentle, honest, and rooted in the real work of becoming.
Over the next month, I’ll be writing about:
- Identity — the layers we shed and the ones we claim
- Wellness — nourishment, movement, and healing
- Travel — the places that shift our perspective
- Family — love, legacy, and the stories we’re part of
This is a new chapter, and I’m stepping into it with intention.
